I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide guidelines on the process of communicating changes in the operating hours of an outlet
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Change in Operating Hours – refers to incidents where the outlet has to adjust its operating hours due to changes in its environment/etc.
III. GENERAL POLICIES
Outlets who have to or wish to alter their operating hours must report such to the SOS. Reporting must be done at least 24 hours before the said change. If the change is sudden, the Team Leader or Store In-Charge has to make sure that it is immediately reported to the SOS. SOS must disseminate the information about the said change to all concerned departments as soon as possible to prevent any conflict. Service Crew must make an Incident Report and send it to SOS. SOS must record the incident.
