I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide guidelines on the process of resignation of company and agency employees
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Employees who intend to resign from work must submit a resignation letter addressed to the agency (if employee is contractual) or company (if employee is direct hire).
Personnel Section shall furnish the agency with the original copy of the letter.
If the employee is under an agency, s/he must return the agency ID, payroll ATM card, uniforms and other accountabilities.
If the employee is a direct hire, s/he must return the company ID, uniforms, cell phone (if applicable) and other accountabilities.
On-Hold Notice shall also be given to Finance Department concerning payroll or last pay of the employee.
Exit Clearance shall be processed afterwards by the agency (Agency Clearance Form) or company (Company Clearance Form). Once cleared, Personnel Section shall send a notice to the Finance Department to lift the On-Hold status of the employee.
Quitclaim shall then be processed. Agency shall submit the Monthly Quitclaim Report to the company. HRD shall also process Quitclaim Form for direct hire.
201 file shall be updated, with notation by Immediate Superior.
