III. GENERAL POLICIES
All left over pearls from outlets must be surrendered to Rider daily. Left over pearls must be placed in an ice bag. Written on the ice bag, using permanent marker, are the date and the number of scoops of pearls left over.
Left over pearls must be surrendered to the Rider on the next day except during Sundays.
