III. GENERAL POLICIES
Release of Last Pay and Cash Bond (Inactive Employees)
1. Once the employment clearance is cleared, HR personnel shall inform the concerned employees when to get their last pay or cash bond. HR personnel must get confirmation from the concerned employees within the day. No confirmation, no processing of last pay or cash bond.
2. Release of last pay and cash bond is every Saturday, between 2pm to 5pm. Employees who intend to claim their last pay or cash bond should inform the HRD ahead of time and confirm their visit. Employees are required to bring photocopy of their valid ID.
3. If the employee failed to claim the last pay/cash bond on the scheduled date, the release will be re-scheduled.
Releasing of Salary (Active Employees)
1. All specified employees must claim their cash salary during the payroll period.
2. If the employee failed to claim the salary within the payroll date, the salary may still be claimed until the next 6 working days or on the next payroll period.
