I. OBJECTIVE

III. GENERAL POLICIES
After the Trainees pass the classroom training, they will be endorsed to the Operations Department through the form In-Store Training Endorsement. Information about the endorsement will also be given to Human Resources Department (HRD) through a copy of the same form. Trainees will be the ones to forward the said form to the concerned department. (In-Store Training Endorsement copies: 1-HRD, 1-OPR, 1-TRD)
Endorsed Trainees must deposit Php100 to get a training apron from the HRD. The money will be returned to them after completing the store training and once they surrender the newly-washed apron.
Training Department (TRD) must coordinate to Operations Department about who will handle the store training (Technical Trainer) and where it will be done.
Operations must inform the Technical Trainer about his/her schedule for teaching the trainees. They must also inform the Trainees about their training outlet and the name of their Technical Trainer for 4 days. Their schedule shall be two (2) days in closing shift and another two (2) days in opening shift. They shall be given an Endorsement Letter for their training in the outlet.
Technical Trainer must receive the Endorsement Letter from the trainee before starting the first day of training. If the trainee does not have an Endorsement Letter, he/she will not be allowed to undergo the Store Training. Technical Trainer must call the TRD to report the issue. TRD shall inform the HRD about the issue. HRD must investigate the issue.
During the In-Store Training, TRD must send Training Kit to Technical Trainer, through the Rider. Technical Trainer must begin the training as soon as he/she receives the Training Kit through the Rider. Within 4 days, all Trainees will be pre-assessed by the Technical Trainer, who will inform the TRD about their performance.
Trainer must conduct Training validation using Outlet Training Feedback (OTF) form and discuss it with the Technical Trainer. Trainer will then discuss the results of OTF to Training Officer. Training Officer will email the results to the Operations.
After Training validation and discussion with Technical Trainer, Technical Trainer will evaluate the trainees whether they pass or fail on the 4th day using the Trainee Evaluation sheet. It shall be in 2 parts: Exam (40%) and Values (60%). The passing rate shall be 80%. Training Department must submit a monthly training report based on the Trainee Evaluation.
Technical Trainer must discuss the result of the Trainee Evaluation with each of the Trainees. Trainees must sign the Trainee Evaluation sheet and Training Checklist afterwards.
Technical Trainer will inform the trainees to go back to the TRD. Technical Trainer must forward all related documents to TRD through Rider. TRD must submit Training Notification Form to HRD where the rating of the Trainees shall be reflected. Passed trainees will be interviewed by the Trainer and shall take the Post Evaluation Exam. Failed Trainees will be endorsed to HRD.
Trainer shall give Certificate of Completion for all passed trainees and Training Endorsement Form for passed and failed trainees.
Trainees must return their apron (newly-washed) to the HRD. HRD shall return the Php100 deposit after receiving the apron.
HRD shall endorse all passed trainees to the Operations and will conduct Exit Interview for all failed trainees.
