I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide guidelines on the allowed and disallowed items to bring inside the generic bag

 
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1. Generic bag – a company-issued bag given to the service crew as part of the official uniform

 
III. GENERAL POLICIES

The following items are allowed to be brought by the Service Crew to the outlet:
• ID (Agency ID, Mall ID and Health ID)
• Cash (minimum of Php100, maximum of Php300)
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Cell phone
• Make-up kit (for ladies)
• Comb and gel
• Bands and bobby pins, white cap/ hairnet (for Kitchen Helper)
• Tissue and hand sanitizer, alcohol
• Spill-proof mug/ container/ bottle (transparent)
• Spoon, fork, plate/ lunch kit
• Handkerchief/ towel
• Umbrella/ slippers (during rainy season)
• Personal women’s item such as sanitary pads
• Extra T-shirt/ jacket
• Personal Medicines

The following items are disallowed to be brought by the Service Crew to the outlet:
• Jewelries and watch
• Expensive or luxury items such as PSP, MP3, Tablet, Laptop
• Lighter and cigarette
• Unnecessary food item such as chewing gum, chips, candies, etc.
• Large bulky bags such as knapsack, big bags, etc.
