I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide guidelines on the training process for newly hired Bubbatealicious and Cantonese Dimsum House service crews
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Day 1
1. Human Resources Department (HRD) will endorse the trainees to the Training Department.
2. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
3. Trainer will get the Training Checklist from HRD.
4. Trainer will provide the trainees with Training Checklist form which includes what to bring and proper appearance in training everyday.
5. Trainer will also provide the trainees with Waiver form for them to be bounded by the rules and regulations of the company. This is in preparation for the task that they will assume upon endorsement to an outlet.
The training program for the service crew is as follows:
Morning session
a. Overview of the house rules of training
b. Career Path
c. Sales Orientation
Afternoon session
a. Product Knowledge
Trainer shall observe the trainees during the whole session. Trainers shall coordinate to the Supervisor or Team Leader for the schedule of the Technical Trainer who will conduct or assist in the upcoming four (4) days store training.
Day 2
1. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
2. Trainees must check the Training Checklist form and fill it out.
The training program for the service crew is as follows:
Morning session
a. Exams
b. Values Formation
c. Fill up the Commitment form (Panunumpa form) for their different positions
Afternoon session
a. Outlet situation
b. Opening and closing procedure
c. Trainer shall distribute the Mystery Shopping form and inform the trainees to submit it before the time and motion day.
d. Trainer shall talk to trainees and provide feedback about their performance during the two (2) days training sessions. Trainer shall also inform them on what they need to improve. For some trainees who have attitude issues, they are automatically turned over to the HR Department as failed trainees.
Day 3
1. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
2. Trainees must check the Training Checklist form and fill it out.
The training program for the service crew is as follows:
a. Exams
b. Daily sales report discussion
c. Exams for DSR
d. Trainer shall provide feedback to trainees if they pass or fail
Day 4
1. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
2. Trainees must check the Training Checklist form and fill it out.
The training program for the service crew is as follows:
a. Time and Motion (introducing the actual utensils and equipments used and the process on how to prepare the products)
b. Trainer shall provide feedback to trainees if they pass or fail
Day 5
1. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
2. Trainees check the training checklist form to be filled up by trainees
The training program for the service crew is as follows:
a. Hands On (actual preparation of the real products)
b. Trainer shall provide feedback to trainees if they pass or fail
c. After the Basic Service Crew Training, the trainer shall accomplish an In-Store Training Endorsement form and send it to the HR Dept. to endorse the crew for the In-store Station Training.
d. In-Store Training Endorsement form is printed in 3 copies: 1 copy for HR Dept., 1 copy for Training Dept. and 1 copy for Operations Dept.
Day 6 (Store Training Day 1)
1. Trainees shall attend the store training conducted or assisted by the Technical Trainer.
2. Trainees’ schedule of store training shall be on the closing shift of the outlet.
3. Trainer shall provide Evaluation sheet and forward it to Technical Trainer in the outlet through Store Operations Support.
4. Trainer shall observe the performance of the trainees.
Day 7 (Store Training Day 2)
1. Trainees shall attend the store training conducted or assisted by the Technical Trainer.
2. Trainees’ schedule of store training shall be on the closing shift of the outlet.
3. Trainers shall observe the performance of the trainees.
Day 8 (Store Training Day 3)
1. Trainees shall attend the store training conducted or assisted by the Technical Trainer.
2. Trainees’ schedule of store training shall be on the opening shift of the outlet.
3. Trainers shall observe the performance of the trainees.
Day 9 (Store Training Day 4)
1. Trainees shall attend the store training conducted or assisted by the Technical Trainer.
2. Trainees’ schedule of store training shall be on the opening shift of the outlet.
3. After the store training, the Technical Trainer shall evaluate the whole performance of the trainees.
4. Service Crew shall accomplish an Outlet Training Feedback Questionnaire to describe their training experience.
Note: TA/Technical Trainee must visit the trainees while they are in their store training. Trainer shall send DSR documents to each of the trainees for them to accomplish during the Store Training. This is to check their technical skills in doing the DSR. Trainer shall call the attention of the Supervisor/ATL regarding the results of the documents forwarded.
Upon completion of the store training, if the trainees pass the training after four (4) days store training, the trainees shall return to the Head Office and take Post-Evaluation exams and interview to validate the learning of the crew for the past nine (9) days. After which, Trainers shall then coordinate with the HR Dept. regarding the training endorsement for the operation.
If the trainees failed the training, they are automatically turned over to the HR Department. Training files and other documents shall be filed in the employee’s 201 file.
Note: Trainer shall ask the trainees to fill out the Outlet Feedback form.
