I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide guidelines on the training days and allowance of newly hired employees
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Newly hired employees shall undergo training before starting their regular work. An allowance of Php100.00 per day shall be given to the employee. Number of training days depends on the position the employee will be occupying.
• Officer – 1 Day in TR. As per COO/ CEO’s discretion for the following days.
As per evaluation of COO/ CEO. No training allowance.
• Supervisor – 9 Days (5 days TR, 4 days store training) Based in BSSTP.
As per evaluation of OO. No training allowance.
• Management Trainee – 9 Days (5 days TR, 4 days store training) Based in BMTP; 3 Weeks OJT
• Training Staff – 9 Days (5 days TR, 4 days store training); 3 Weeks OJT
• Site Specialist – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 3 Weeks OJT
• Graphic Artist – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 3 Weeks OJT
• Profit Center Staff – 5 Days (4 days TR, 1 day outlet observation); 3 Weeks OJT
• Audit Staff (Acctg, Order Taker, Purchasing and others) – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 3 Weeks OJT
• Store Operations Support – 5 Days (5 days TR); 3 Weeks OJT
• Admin Staff – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 3 Weeks OJT
• Warehouse Staff – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 10 days OJT
• Driver – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 10 days OJT
• Rider – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 10 days OJT
• Kitchen Helper – 5 Days (1 day TR, 4 days orientation and transition of assigned position); 10 days OJT
• BBT Service Crew/ Kitchen Staff – 9 Days (5 days TR, 4 days store training); 2 weeks OJT
• CDH Service Crew – 9 days (5 days TR, 4 days store training); 2 weeks OJT
• SSM Service Crew – 8 days (4 days TR, 4 days store training); 2 weeks OJT
• WD Service Crew – 8 days (4 days TR, 4 days store training); 2 weeks OJT
• BBE Service Crew – 8 days (4 days TR, 4 days store training); 2 weeks OJT
