I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide guidelines in the employee’s review and acknowledgement of his/her department’s manual and other related policies

 

II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1. Ways and Means – title or name of the company’s system website.

 

III. GENERAL POLICIES

Each employee is expected to be aware and properly informed of his/her department’s policies and procedures as well as the company’s rules and regulations.

Some office employees are given direct access to the website that holds the company’s system. Their access levels vary depending on the department where they belong and their current position in the department.

For employees that are not given direct access to the website, they are still expected to read all related policies with the help of their Immediate Superior, who has direct access to the website.

After reading each document, the employee must fill out the Ways and Means (WAM) Acknowledgement Form. In the said form, the employee must list the document titles (and their respective document numbers) that he/she read.

Every employee can share their ideas that they think will be able to help the company, by submitting an Amendment Form.
