I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide rules and regulations in managing the manuals and the company system website
2. To set the limitations of the Restaurant System Staff with regards to the administration of the website
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Restaurant System Staff (RSS) is responsible in the documentation and management of all existing and active policies and procedures of the company.
Documentation:
RSS maintains a manual for each department. Each manual contains the documents (policies and procedures) of its respective department. All the manuals must be consistently updated. Each department must send an Amendment Form to the RSS to add, revise or delete a document.
RSS must keep the documents in uniform format to avoid confusion and to maintain its professionalism.
Archiving:
RSS has the authority to access all of the manuals included in the website. RSS is also authorized to manage the website’s users and pages, but not with full access.
The company system website must be consistently updated and the documents must be validated by the Department Head and read by each and every concerned employee, as it serves as the rule book not only for the department but also for the whole company.
Limitations:
No changes must be done in the website, especially in the documents that contain the policies and procedures, without the knowledge of the CEO and the COO. The COO is the Administrator of the website, and any actions that RSS wish to be done but is not within his authority or limit must be relayed to the COO.
