I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide troubleshooting guidelines on the different concerns surrounding the gas stove
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
The following procedures must be done during listed circumstances:
A. Damaged gas hose
1. Request for the maintenance staff to go to the outlet and fix the problem. Provide extra gas hose.
B. Gas leak
1. Check the regulator if properly installed to the tank.
2. If #1 didn’t work, request for the maintenance staff to go to the outlet and fix the problem. Provide the necessary tools or back up material.
C. Pin of regulator is stuck
1. Remove the regulator. Try to move the pin up and down.
2. If #1 didn’t work, poke the bottom part of the regulator using toothpick to push the pin.
3. If none of the above works, request for the maintenance staff to go to the outlet and fix the problem. Provide the necessary tools or back up material.
As an alternative, Service Crew may use heater to cook products.
