III. GENERAL POLICIES
Usage rules:
a) Dishwashing Liquid (300ml) – used in cleaning utensils and flooring.
• 1 bottle / 4 equal parts = ¼ bottle to be mixed with 1L water
• ¼ bottle + 1L water = 1-2 days usage
• 1 bottle = good for 8 working days usage
b) Bleach (100ml) – used in sanitizing the utensils.
• 100ml + 1L water = good for 1 usage
c) Bar Soap – used in cleaning the towels.
• 1 bar = good for 1 week usage
d) Sponge – used in cleaning utensils.
• 1 unit = good for 2 weeks usage
e) Scotch Brite – used in cleaning equipments.
• 1 unit = good for 2 weeks usage
f) Detergent Powder – for full stores only.
• 1 pack = good for 1 week usage
