I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide guidelines on the proper delivery of stocks to dealership pick-up center

III. GENERAL POLICIES

After the acknowledgement of receipt of orders by the Order Taker to the dealers, the Order Taker shall forward the details of order to the Warehouse Officer.

Warehouse Officer shall inform the Pick-Up Center about the list of dealers scheduled for pick-up of stocks in two days. Warehouse Officer shall prepare the products and consumables ordered for actual date of delivery based on the Pick List.

Order Taker shall prepare the Warehouse Issuance Slip (WIS), Delivery Receipt and Provisioning Receipt or Acknowledgement Receipt and the final list of scheduled dealer for pick-up at the Pick-Up Center.

Warehouse shall deliver the prepared products to Pick-Up Center from 7:00am to 7:30am together with the documents given by the Order Taker. Pick-Up Center shall receive the delivery and its accompanying documents.

If the dealer fails to pick-up the items on the scheduled date, he/she can still pick-up the stocks within the next two (2) days at the Pick-Up Center. If still not picked up, all items shall be returned to the Warehouse and the dealer shall have to re-order.

Additional orders must be coordinated to the Order Taker the day before the pick-up date and shall be subject for notice and approval to the COO. If the dealer has additional orders on the day of pick-up, it shall not be entertained.

For newly opened dealers, dispatching of products is done at the Warehouse.
