1. To provide guidelines on regular monitoring and update of the department’s task and activities
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Schedule of Activities – an activity calendar used to list all the pending work or task of each department
III. GENERAL POLICIES
Each department is issued a board for their activities calendar or Schedule of Activities. The board or calendar must be regularly monitored and updated. It shall stand as a guide for the department in their daily, weekly and monthly activities and responsibilities.
The board must include all the pending tasks of the department as well as the important activities that will occur during the month.
