I. OBJECTIVE

1. To have correction and reminder of policies in the operation of outlet

2. To clarify to the Service Crew the important policies regarding the operation of outlet that they can not completely comprehend

3. To hear out opinions and suggestions of the Service Crew regarding the policies of Operations that may help the outlet

4. For the Service Crews to have a “sense of ownership” towards their outlet

5. To release and develop the leadership skills of the Service Crews who have potential

III. GENERAL POLICIES

The Weekly Operations Meeting shall take place every Monday and Tuesday. Each outlet shall have one (1) representative. Once a week, the representative must go to the Head Office for the said meeting.

The meeting shall be outlined or will proceed based on the different information gathered from different departments and sections. The meeting shall occur for a limited time of 30-45 minutes only.

Before ending the meeting, the Service Crew must sign on a paper containing the details of the meeting. The paper shall serve as confirmation that the Service Crew understood the day’s discussion.

The information gathered that will determine and support the meeting shall come from the following:
• Store Operation Support (SOS)
• Profit Center Staff (PCS)
• Auditor
• Accounting Department
• Operations

The consultation shall focus only on the operation concerns of the outlet based on the policies released by the company. Other concerns such as salary concerns are not included in its scope.
