I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide troubleshooting guidelines on the different concerns surrounding the boiler

 
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES

The following procedures must be done during listed circumstances:

A. Not heating
1. Check the plug if properly plugged in the power outlet. Unplug and plug.
2. If #1 didn’t work, press the reset button found at the back or side of the boiler.
3. If #2 didn’t work, check the wire and the connection.
4. If none of the above works, replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.

B. Leakage (Faucet of the boiler)
1. Check the faucet if properly positioned and tightly gripped in the boiler.
2. If #1 didn’t work, replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.

C. Leakage (Base of the boiler)
1. Replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.

D. Blast plug or wire
1. Replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.

As an alternative, Service Crew may boil water using the rice cooker.
