Guidelines:
1. Trainer tracks the attendance of all trainees from Day 1 to Day 5. This is based in Training Attendance Sheet.
2. Trainer conducts daily exams to trainees. This verifies if trainees are able to understand the discussion.
3. Training Exams are recorded and computed in averaging format:
